Started by a New York University grad who fell in love with filmmaking after being thrown into making music videos during the peak of the pandemic. After joining the Tribe Collective Bay Area, Hugo was exposed to the struggles actors are currently going through during these changing times. With the gracious help of the Award Winning Headshot Photographer: Lisa Keating, UPPER LEVEL Studios was born.
